I am a neurodivergent athlete, a survivor, and a healer. For 45 years, I battled extreme depression, eating disorders, and the deep scars of sexual trauma and physical abuse. As a young adult, I turned to drugs to numb the pain. At 24, I got sober, ready to rebuild my life from the ground up—but then, tragedy struck. In 2006, I lost both of my parents just six weeks apart. At that time, I weighed nearly 300 pounds. The profound grief of that loss catapulted me into a lifetime of transformation. It forced me to start a true healing process, proving that the only way out is through. That is the alchemy of suffering, and it is beautiful. Today, I wouldn't change a single thing about my life because I used that pain as fuel to become amazing.I began training myself at age 26, losing 130 pounds through diet and exercise alone. From age 35 to 45, I became an ultra-marathon athlete. Before retiring from the sport, I ran over 100 marathons and ultra-marathons, including several 100-mile races. Grief pushed me forward, and running allowed me to channel my strength. Now, in 2026, I am embarking on a beautiful new career path. After spending 13 years helping people get physically fit, I retired from fitness coaching to fulfill a lifelong bucket-list goal: working with children on the autism spectrum, just like me. Through this work, I realized that true health and happiness require a multifaceted approach. Because helping others always helps me grow, I am going back to school to finish my Master’s degree in Psychology. My new dream is to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Now that I have retired from competitive running, I am sharpening the gifts that have been inside me all along. For decades, they were trapped under depression and suicidal thoughts. Buried beneath the pain was a little girl who just wanted to celebrate life. I have finally healed from my past trauma and moved past the grief that held me down.I consider myself a radio for the collective consciousness and someone who simply creates a safe space for others, no matter what role I play. True health embodies the mind, body, and spirit, and I love teaching others how to heal themselves across all three.I am officially ready to accept new coaching clients with open arms, both in person and via Zoom. Let me teach you how to become your own healer, raise your vibration, and find true peace and abundance."Eventually you will come to understand that love heals everything, and love is all there is." — Gary Zukav
